Shipping and Returns

Where do we deliver to? delivers to customers based in the UK, USA and Canada, countries of the EU, Australia, New Zealand and many other worldwide countries.

Delivery Costs

The maximum UK mainland standard service delivery charge is £4.95 per order for any number of items.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically when items are added to your shopping basket. Delivery costs are based upon the weight of the total order and are dependant on which country the goods are being delivered to. This is why we are able to offer you the best possible delivery rates.

We also offer next working day (Monday to Friday) UK mainland delivery at a total delivery cost for any number of items of £8.95. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within two working days. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Next working day delivery can be selected at the checkout page if available to your delivery address.

Remember we offer FREE UK DELIVERY on many items. Some restrictions apply, particularly to non-UK mainland addresses - please click on the 'Delivery' link at the bottom of this page for more details.

Deliveries to addresses outside of the UK will be sent by Airmail or competitive courier delivery services. In rare cases, there may be additional courier surcharges to pay for some bulky non-UK orders, and we will contact you directly by email should this be the case.

Delivery addresses

We can deliver to either your home or work address, whichever is most convenient to you. As the majority of orders that we ship require a signature upon delivery, please try to provide us with a delivery address where goods can be signed for. If we are delivering to an address which is not the credit-card holders billing address, please provide us with the relevant information to verify your details, especially a land-line telephone number that we can contact you on.

When will I get my goods?

We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of payment.

For UK customers, standard delivery service orders (£4.95 for any number of items) will take between 2 and 5 days to arrive. We also offer a next working day (Monday to Friday) delivery service for UK Mainland customers (£8.95 for any number of items).

If you are based in the UK we will deliver your order to you using either the Royal Mail or DPD Courier. This is dependant upon the weight and size of your order.

If your order is being delivered by DPD then the delivery will require a signature. If you are not in when the driver arrives, they will leave a card with local depot information and your consignment details on. The order will then be returned to your local DPD depot. You then have four working days to contact DPD to either arrange a re-delivery or arrange for collection from your local depot. If you fail to contact DPD within this timescale then your order will automatically be returned to us at and a handling charge will be incurred. If this is the case, we can arrange to have your order re-delivered to you but this will incur an additional shipping charge.

Two delivery attempts by DPD are covered by the delivery cost charged on your order. However, if a third (or more) delivery attempt is needed then a re-delivery charge of £5.00 will need to be applied to your account before this can be authorised. However, you have the option of collecting your order from the DPD depot for no additional cost. You will need to contact your local DPD depot to arrange this.

For customers based in Europe (including the Republic of Ireland), we ship most orders by Airmail and goods should be received within 5 to 10 working days of your order.

For customers based in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other worldwide addresses, most orders are shipped by Airmail and goods should be received within 7 to 14 working days of your order.

Generally items bought from are in-stock and available for immediate delivery. However, on the rare occasions when we are out of stock of an item you will be notified by email and will be given the option to either cancel your order for a full refund, or provided with an appropriate and acceptable delivery timescale.

Delivery of Damaged or Missing Items

Depending on the weight of your order we may use a courier service to deliver your goods. In this event your order will require a signature upon delivery. If the packaging shows visible signs of damage (e.g. rips or tears in the outer packaging) then please sign for the goods and notify the delivery driver that the goods are signed for as 'Damaged'. You then have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any items that have been damaged in transit or are missing from the delivery. If the delivery is signed for as 'clear' (i.e. the driver does not note the delivery as 'damaged') you only have until 3pm on the next working day following delivery to notify us of any damaged in transit or missing items. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights and you are still entitled to the standard 7 day cancellation period as outlined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Returns and Refunds

This 365-day period begins from the date of purchase. This offer does not affect your statutory rights and you are still entitled to the standard 7-day cooling off period as outlined in the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000.

We will provide you with details of returning goods and a returns number which must be included with your goods when they are returned.

You must also take reasonable care of any goods that are supplied prior to sending them back. Please note that we can only accept the return of opened or unsealed items if the goods are faulty.

Cancelling an order

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your contract of purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery.
